You’re in good hands.
The Philadelphia Hand
Centers are respected worldwide.
In
1976, The Philadelphia Hand Centers held their first
seminar for surgeons and therapists. This academically
focused annual event is known as The Philadelphia
Meeting. Celebrating over 20 years of success, it
continues to attract professionals in hand surgery
and rehabilitation from nearly every state and numerous
foreign countries. In addition, we have trained
over 100 fellows: licensed physicians who have learned
our specialty. A two-volume resource that is edited
by The Hand Center can be found in the finest universities
and medical schools. Now in its fifth edition, Rehabilitation
of the Hand: Surgery and Therapy, is the leading
resource material about the hand and arm.
We also continue to improve
techniques and develop innovative protocols for
the treatment of injured and diseased hands. The
physicians of The Hand Centers have developed a
number of innovations now used by surgeons throughout
the world. Research remains an important part of
The Hand Centers’ mission.
By combining dedication to research, education,
training, high levels of patient satisfaction and
quality outcomes, The Philadelphia Hand Centers
continue to lead the way to recovery for their patients.
Fortunately, one of the most prestigious names in
hand care throughout the world is also the most
convenient network of centers in Pennsylvania and
Southern New Jersey.
